After years leading complex digital programs, managing international teams, and working inside large agencies and enterprise organizations, we repeatedly saw the same problem. Companies were often forced to choose between expensive traditional agencies with rigid structures, or low-cost outsourcing models that sacrificed quality, ownership, and strategic thinking. Teams became fragmented, communication suffered, and clients were left managing operational complexity instead of focusing on growth and innovation.

Our leadership team combines operational expertise, enterprise delivery experience, UX strategy, and cross-functional execution leadership developed through years of managing complex digital programs across distributed international teams.

Jorge Azofeifa is the founder and CEO of Emberlight Global, where he leads company strategy, client partnerships, operational growth, and enterprise delivery initiatives.
Over the course of more than 20 years, Jorge has built and led international digital delivery teams supporting complex programs across advertising, healthcare, retail, hospitality, automotive, and enterprise technology sectors. His experience spans everything from large-scale Adobe Experience Manager implementations and digital transformation initiatives to operational process design and multi-region delivery management.
Prior to founding Emberlight Global, Jorge held leadership roles supporting enterprise digital programs. Notably, he served as Program Director at Critical Mass LATAM, where he helped build the BMW USA account team. This role included oversight of large cross-functional teams, complex delivery operations, international stakeholder coordination, and the scaling of one of the region’s most significant enterprise digital engagements.
In addition to his delivery and operational leadership experience, Jorge specializes in Project Management Office (PMO) development and operational optimization. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations establish fully functional PMOs designed to improve governance, scalability, delivery visibility, team coordination, and execution consistency across large digital programs and distributed teams.
With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery operations, Jorge also holds Scrum Product Owner Professional (SPOPC) and Scrum Master Professional (SMPC) certifications, further strengthening his ability to align strategic planning, cross-functional execution, and scalable delivery processes across complex initiatives.

Nathalie Howell leads Experience Design at Emberlight Global, overseeing UX strategy, service design, design systems, interface design, and experience delivery across client engagements.
Originally trained as an industrial designer and later specializing in user experience design, Nathalie brings a uniquely multidisciplinary perspective that combines strategic thinking, systems design, research, and execution. Her career has spanned startups, freelance consulting, independent UX leadership, and enterprise organizations, giving her broad experience designing within very different operational and business environments.
Beyond traditional UX and interface design, Nathalie specializes in helping organizations successfully navigate digital transformation initiatives by defining strategic operational pathways, aligning cross-functional teams, and designing scalable experience frameworks that support long-term organizational evolution.
Prior to joining Emberlight Global, Nathalie was part of Walmart’s Digital Transformation Office, where she contributed to enterprise transformation initiatives, strategic UX planning, and complex product ecosystems within one of the world’s largest organizations. This experience strengthened her expertise in balancing customer experience, operational realities, business strategy, and enterprise implementation challenges simultaneously.
At Emberlight Global, Nathalie helps ensure that experience design is not treated as a disconnected visual layer, but as a strategic discipline deeply integrated into business objectives, operational scalability, organizational transformation, and long-term product evolution.
